Santa Barbara County adopted Chapters 1 through 9, and Appendix H [Patio Covers] of the 2013 California Residential Code. Sonoma County, Cal., Muni Code § 7-13(E). The County’s amendments did not reference Table R301.2(1) Climatic and Geographic Design Criteria.
